About the project

Organized with SCI (SVIT-Ukraine) the program of “KyivPride 2016” includes round table on the rights of LGBT people in Ukraine, discussions on the development of the LGBT movement, training on educational activities for students, films about Ukrainian Pride and LGBT movement, exhibitions by Ukrainian and German civil initiatives, cultural recreational activities for the LGBT community and supporters. Equality March will take place as a part of the International Forum “KyivPride 2016″. This is a peaceful demonstration in support of the idea of the need to respect human rights, regardless of sexual orientation, gender identity or any other markers. The program of KyivPride will be attended by activists from all regions of Ukraine, representatives of LGBT organizations from EU countries.

The rights regarding gender, sexuality and body consciousness relating to fundamental rights of any person regarding their individuality and dignity as a person. You will have a possibility to participate in all the events. Discover culture and history of the region.


  • Applications are open for everybody;
  • Cooperative, open, tolerant people with interest about help and take care of exhibits during exhibitions.


  • Food and accommodation are covered for all participants;
  • 5 places for male / 5 places for female;
  • You can write article in English or your native language, make photo or video documentation;
  • All articles will be posted on the official page.
